1. Returning equipment for repair accepts the terms of the service contract voluntarily. At the same time, it is a contract based on which the repair service is provided. The contract regulates the rights and obligations in this respect.
2. The condition of receiving the equipment is the presentation of the original Repair Report Card.
3. Equipment diagnosis is payable. The fee is charged if the repair request is withdrawn.
4. The customer will be informed about the costs of repair by phone or e-mail. In the absence of consent for further repair, the equipment is returned and sent back to the customer who IS OBLIGED only to cover the costs of diagnosis and possible transport.
5. Repair time is conditioned by the availability of suitable spare parts. The estimated repair time may change. The customer is informed about the possibility of receiving repaired equipment by phone or electronically IMMEDIATELY after removing the fault.
6. After 14 days from the date of notification to the customer after removing the fault, if the equipment is not collected, a fee will be charged for each day of storage. This fee is charged for a maximum of 3 months.
7. Failure to collect the equipment by the Customer for a period of 3 months from the date of notification of the removal of the defect means that the Customer has voluntarily disposed of ownership of the equipment as a movable item by abandoning it within the meaning of Art. 180 of the Civil Code. Ownership of abandoned equipment (nobody’s movable property), pursuant to art. 181 of the Civil Code acquires by taking possession of BABYACTIVE spontaneous possession. Sending notice of completion of the repair to the postal or electronic address provided by the Customer at the time of returning the equipment for service is considered effective delivery of the notification.
8. A warranty period is granted for repair and parts assembled at BABYACTIVE.
9. Defects / faults disclosed during the warranty period will be rectified within 14 business days, if it is necessary to import a part, this time may be extended to 21 business days. In the event of an unjustified warranty claim (damage caused by the user) hidden during returning the equipment to the service owner / user will be charged an additional amount for diagnosis on the site, unless repair of the damage is carried out for a fee.
10. The website is not responsible for the customer’s personal belongings left in the trolley.
